NZCA – WOMEN’S GROUP

Our next meeting for November will be a trip to Hamilton on Saturday, 15 November 2014.

We will be visiting the Tamahere County Market,

St Stephen's Anglican Church, Cnr Airport & Tamahere Drive.  There are over 100 stalls.

Followed by lunch approx. 12.30pm at the NZ Chinese Association, Cnr Tomin and Ohaupo Roads,

Waikato Hall.

 We will be taking 6 baskets for raffles to Hamilton.

Bus will arrive outside Meadowbank Community Centre, 29 St Johns Rd at 8.00am.  Please ensure you will be there on time as we will be leaving at 8.15am SHARP.

Cost for the bus trip will be $25.00 per person.

We have booked a 48 seater bus.  Currently we have

11 seats available.

Members who have purchased Chinese Sausages,

we would appreciate the correct payment on the day

of the trip. 

Those who are not going to Hamilton, please pay

Jessie Edmonds by Tuesday, 4 November. 

Cash or cheque is accepted. 

  It would be appreciated if you could bring along non-perishable goods or articles towards this year's Christmas baskets on the day of the trip and pass on

to Nancy Young.

REMINDER FOR BUS TRIP TO HAMILTON

·       Please make sure you are at the Meadowbank Community,                 29 St Johns Road,  Meadowbank at  8.00am.  The bus will leave at  8.15am  SHARP  as the bus driver has a tight schedule .  PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. 

·        Attached is a list of people going to Hamilton.  Please  e-mail or ring Jessie urgently if you are unable to go as we have a few names on the waiting list.                                     

·        Please remember to bring non perishable goods with you for the Christmas raffle,  check that the expiry date is current, and pass the goods on to Jessie Edmonds.

·        Orders for Chinese Sausages have closed.  Jessie Edmonds  is collecting money for Chinese Sausages ordered.   Please put your money in an envelope with your name and the correct cash.  Sausages cost $8.60 per packet.
