A mid-winter yum char will be held.  This is a good chance for people to get together and enjoy 10 dishes with chinese tea

If you are interested in attending, please book by Monday 9th July at the latest.  Invite everyone you know.  Friends, family, neighbours are most welcomed, the more the merrier, cost is $15.00 per person.

Should you require transportation, please let us know one week in advance so that we can make arrangements for you to be picked up and returned home.

If you are unable to attend on the day, please find someone to replace you otherwise you will be charged for your seat.

Brian Young will be doing a speech about his experiences during his trip to The Republic of Cuba. Havana is the capital city, population of Cuba is 11 million, this country is ruled by President and Premier Raul Castrol, it is a Spanish speaking country. There are many restrictions imposed on the people by the Government e.g. rationing, travel to and from Cuba, limited access to information from outside of Cuba, many are illiterate and on very low wages. Cuba has been an unknown country to most of the world, tourists are now able to visit the country.
Please come along and bring a friend, men are also welcome to enjoy a fun and social afternoon.  Afternoon tea will be served.
