NZCA – WOMEN’S GROUP
The next meeting will be held on
Saturday 16th June 2012, 1.30pm
at
Meadowbank Community Centre, 29 St Johns Road, Meadowbank (Next to Barfoot and Thompson’s) along from Countdown
 
Brian Young will be doing a speech about his experiences during his trip to The Republic of Cuba. Havana is the capital city, population of Cuba is 11 million, this country is ruled by President and Premier Raul Castrol, it is a Spanish speaking country. There are many restrictions imposed on the people by the Government e.g. rationing, travel to and from Cuba, limited access to information from outside of Cuba, many are illiterate and on very low wages. Cuba has been an unknown country to most of the world, tourists are now able to visit the country.
 
Please come along and bring a friend, men are also welcome to enjoy a fun and social afternoon.  Afternoon tea will be served.

Registration Costs :   (to cover costs of hall hire and afternoon tea)

Non-members :   $3

 A raffle will be held during the afternoon $1 for 1 ticket or $2 for 3 tickets (no obligation to purchase).
