3 cups cooked rice - medium grain
3 tbsp Sushi Vinegar
2 tbspn sugar
Mix together the ingredients while the rice is still warm.
This will make 3 rolls - approximately 24 sushi pieces.
3 sheets Nori - roasted seaweed sheet
Suggested Fillings
Salmon, avacado and cucumber
Shrimp/prawn, lettuce, cucumber & Japanese mayonaise
Smoke chicken, capsicum or cucumber & grated carrot
Teriyaki chicken, avocado & cucumber, or capsicum etc
Serve with wasabi sauce and light soya sauce

NZCA – WOMEN’S GROUP
Next meeting will be held on Saturday 21st September 2013, 1.30pm at Meadowbank Community

Anna Lefeure will be doing a Sushi Demonstration
There will be Ho Mei Fan with
Chinese Mushrooms, Chinese Sausages, Chinese Dried Shrimps, Sliced Pork
Follwed by Chinese Steamed Cake.
Registration costs: To cover costs of hall hire,
NZCA Members: $2.00 - Non: Members: $3.00
A Raffle will be held during the afternoon:
$1.00 for 1 ticket or $2.00 for 3 tickets (no obligation to purchase).
